Hey! When i first started taking Effexor Xr, my doc rec. i take it early AM b/c it cld. cause the sleeplessness. As someone else posted, this definately wore off and i have severe fatigue(i could drink an entire pot of STRONG coffee and sleep like i didn't have a worry in the world)! I take 150 in the mid AM 10-11 along w/ my newly added Wellbutrin and another 75 Effexor 2-3PM and it helped somewhat. Take care!
