I'm not finding it to be calming at all, I'm quite uncomfortable sometimes when I take it. But it does help in ways ritalin doesn't. I've been noticing things I hadn't before, stuff that has been there, not sure if that makes any sense. Like a few weeks ago I was looking at a guitar chord chart and I actually understood why those notes form that chord, before they've always just been dots on a page. I just noticed there is a store nearby that sells the same supplies I've been driving an hour round trip to purchase. Things like that, but not like the quiet peaceful feeling from ritalin.
Hoping dexedrine will be more tolerable.
