I've never heard of it being used only for anxiety. Usually in combination with an AD for more energy, sexual response. I myself tried wellbutrin XL but it RX'd for am not pm. And even with xanax and chloral hydrate to sleep it made me manic. So I was hospitalized and taken off wellbutrin. Fondly, Phillipa
