I persisted taking Tenuate, phentermine etc etc, because they made me feel a little better, even though they were rough as guts. (They make you feel really tense and overstimulated). But I've learned my lesson and don't look for things like that to make me feel better. Basically I think that if you can easily get hold of it from a doctor then it's not worth taking. This sounds antisocial and strange, yet is nonetheless widely understood.

...but do understand wanting that speedy effect for feel good purposes - have def. done coke - YEARS ago - so know what you mean if its on that amphetamine level.
so you think WB has an amphetamine-like feel about it? i would def. think that would not be answer to panic - but at same time thats what they give for ADD.
in some sense scared to take ANYTHING b.c would miss my agitation...i like having nervous energy - just not panic.
