Thanks for the imput. I think I will go ahead with 60mgs per day for a few months.

When I took 40mgs on a regular basis I noticed occasional chest pain that felt "circulatory" not like heart burn. But then I also experienced sharp pains elsewhere so perhaps it's nothing to worry about. Others have reported strange pains while on cymbalta.

I haven't really given 60mgs a shot so I'm looking forward to it. I've taken every sort of AD, except for MAO Inhibitors, and was very impressed with cymbalta. I always gave up after a few days due to the side effects but I'm willing to put up with them now - even for an extended period.

If I can go months drinking and being sick all the time, and endure all the pain involved with that, I should be able to handle cymbalta's side effects. Thankfully over two months sober so I won't be mixing them.
