I don't really know the answer, but I often take Lunesta several hours before going to sleep so that it will calm my anxiety. It works. But it wears off in the morning and I never tried taking it in the morning to use as a daytime anti-anxiety drug.
> I was wondering if you can use small dosages of sleeping pills like Lunesta for anxiety. I have a problem of benzo's helping me out, but pooping out on me. Since Lunesta has been made so you don't get addicted and it keeps on working, I was wondering if a small dose could work for anxiety without making you go to sleep. If I'm lucky who knows it might not wear out on me.
