What condition? There are literally psychiatrists onb every street corner in New York. Some of the best in the world, and some crackpots. Do you want someone who does just medication or therapy too? A specialist in a particular area? Someone who does research / has a hospital affiliation? Black/white/female/gay/disabled/ ...
