That is a good idea...
the side effects start when people take too much too soon...and be sure not to titer up too fast...
stay on the 25 for at least two weeks
you can give your system longer at that dosage too if it seems the right thing to do...let your body be the guide... it knows best some times....
another good idea is to take it in the evening...
for some reason starting in the morning is really not the best idea...
trust me, I've been there, done that, and did not want the t-shirt
