I just feel totally overwhelmed by the simplest of things, like what to dress the kids in for their bible club. I know in my head that's supid but at the same time feel over-whelmed.

It is hard for people to understand anxiety i use to try and hide it i was affraid if people new they would think i was weird, but i have found the more i talk about it a let people know the more understanding they are and that helps, i not scared all the time anymore. So let people know dont be ashamed be proud set small goals for your self keep a journal of your progress and just remember
your not the only one!! o yea nothing with anxiety sounds stupid
