What's a typical dose for Adderall XR to treat depression without ADD? My pdoc wants to add it to my Effexor. She prescribed 30mg capsules to start! I would've thought maybe 10mg to start.
Ritalin helped the depression quite a bit but only for a few hours, then there's a crash. And I developed tolerance to it quickly and had to keep upping the dose. So I'd like to start the amphetamines as low as possible.
A very small amount of caffeine does wonders for me, if that's any guide.
