Prilosec sometimes causes fatigue. Depression and other psych side effects have been reported in severely ill patients who were receiving Prilosec.
Prilosec treatment can cause malabsorption of vitamin B12 - which is important for the normal functioning of the nervous system. Supplementation may be helpful.
