She describes feeling so much worse in terms of her depression but the doctors chose to keep her on it. Then one morning she woke up feeling a lot better. So how can one know when to throw in the towel and when to try to stick it out?

That's why I try to defer to people's doctors rather than take on the responsibility for making suggestions myself. It is a fine line to walk. I'm sure I cross it often.

Hi,Actually, I think I may have been wrong. (I know from reading your admin posts that you never are, but I am occasionally.) Anyway, after rereading one of Gabbii's posts, she talks about the hell of starting on Celexa - but in terms of the panic, not worsening depression. I posted a question to her for clarification. Maybe severely worsening depression is not something that ends up turning around on an AD?
