I've been doing pretty bad the last little while. Tried to set up some counselling sessions but again have to wait 6 weeks for that to start, and probably only get one session in before school starts.
Kind of sinking and not sure weather to start a med again or not.
If I start an AD, I will get ADD which doesn't help.
Just really feeling kind of helpless.
I might end up back in the hospital like last fall. But the reason I stopped was becuase the AD was "severly" interfering with my school work, thinking sleeping etc.
But on the other hand feeling kind of suicidal much to my dismay.
