Hi Jerry
I had my snout routed. They burn off a layer of tissue right up to around your sinuses. Very smelly, and then a scab has to form before you can blow out a cast of your nasal passages. It's supposed to enlarge the breathable volume, I guess. It's as good as anything else, which isn't saying a lot.
