Hi Ed,
Just responded once but it doesn't seem to have appeared on the board so maybe it will appear twice later.
Anyway, just incase it doesnt the reason I won't take Zyprexa on a regular basis is that I see it as my ace card, my rainy day drug if you like. I'm terrified that if I take it continuously it will stop working on me and then I'll have nothing to fall back on.
Therefore, if I try ECT and it doesn't work at least then I'll know that hopefully Zyprexa will still help me and the consequences of ECT not working won't be so devastating.
You may think I'm being ungrateful when so many people can't even find one single drug to help them I just want to keep my options open.
