I did not have such a strong reaction to 25 mg Lamictal, but as Scott said, meds can affect everyone so differently.Sleep can be such a wonderful coping mechanism. I'm glad you can take advantage of it, and I hope it's not interfering with work too much.
And I'm glad you are able to look at your ideation from an observer's standpoint (i.e. "it feels biological.") That is a very positive sign.
