I took it for several years, and then went off it for several years. I am now back on it again, and have been on it since Jan. I think it took about two weeks for me to feel that it was starting to work, and after one month I felt much better. I increased my dosage to 100mg at one month. It made me tired, and I started taking it at night when I increased the dosage. THAT, makes a big difference! I also take Topomax and Adderall along with it. I didn't start taking the Adderall until a few months ago, so I know the Zoloft does level out. Give it some time, and if you still feel like a zombie, maybe you should try something else. People react to medication in different ways, you may not be able to take Zoloft, and be able to take Prozac, Lexapro, Paxil...etc.

How long have you been taking the Zoloft? -L
