> Jay,
> I totally understand what you are talking about. Are you exercising and watching your sugar content? Splenda is a great substitute that you could use that comes in most foods (protein bars for a snack for instance). I totally crave sugar all the time but combat it by eating splenda sweetened desserts! Exercising should help the weight get down, but you have to stick with it!

Hey mogger..thanx for the concern. I have just started trying to get some good cardio exercise...starting at only 20 minutes of a pretty rapid speeding treadmill. That really get's the heart rate up and I sweat quite hard. I do it daily, but my doctor told me to do the increases very slowly. He was mostly concerned about a heart attack if I ramp up too fast.

I don't know what I am going to do about the antipsychotics...I've stopped the Zyprexa, but still need the Seroquel to put me to sleep. I check my blood sugar 3 or so times a day, so if no improvement in a few days, we may look at alternate meds. I will post my update!

Thanx, and take care,
Jay
