The reason 5ht2 antagonists have this effect, I think, is because they increase DA release. I may very well be wrong.
I would try a TCA (desipramine)/NE reuptake inhibitor or a DA drug (DA agonist, psychostimulant, or perhaps bupropion, but I do not think that's a great drug at all).
I'm really busy now, so I am probably missing a lot here, but am just trying to help.
