> Ed.I sometimes take what i was given by a friend for anxiety. I know 6mgs is considered the MAX for office patients 5mg pills are more for Psychosis states i know. sometimes only a half. I don't take it often, but its good to know i got it for rough times, instead of feeling like i would have to go to the ER or something.
I take Valium for anxiety, and ritalin helps, believe it or not? often ritalin 20-30mgs has sent me off to sleep when 10mgs of Valium has done nothing-weird i know but it warms up my frontal cortex and gives a safe cozy feeling-like being kissed goodnight by yr mum when you were 10!! snug in bed while it rains outside!!
