I must admit that I am a bit scared of taking klonopin even for a short period. I may suggest ambien to my Dr tomorrow. I would of talked to my pychiatrist(sp) but that would cost me 120 quid for some sleep, I think not!! So I may suggest ambien, what would the name be for it in the UK? I am sure I will find out. I hate going into the Drs to suggest things, I feel like I undermining him, but they once gave me sonata which must be weak as it didn't do a thing, I need something to knock me out. I have insomnia at the best of times, but seem to be OK after 4-5 hrs a night but this is getting beyond a joke.
