How should I take Nardil to get the full benefit. I am on 45 for 1 week now. Should I wait or increase the dose?By the 4 week mark i would think it best to be on 60mg....then at the 6 week mark raise to 90mg.

Anxiety has gone after 4 days! I saw in your posts that one needs to wait 4-5-6 weeks to get any benefit. How to take 60 if needed? 2-4 times a day? Any comments welcome!When Nardil is at 90mg it is BRILLIANT for depress and anxiety.
I would take 30mg 3 times a day....
