I was on paxil along w/ welbutrin for a while but i decided to go off of them so the pdoc took me off the paxil first and told me to continue the welbutrin well after about a mouth or two I started w/ the panic attacks again then the depression so i told my doctor and she put me back on the paxil but i was still having anxiety so she decided to stop the welbutrin and it was causing me anxiety and if u research you will find out welbutrin is used for depression and not anxiety it can give you more anxiety. so I hope this helps you
