I can respond to part of your post. Lexapro's initial anxiety would probably do gown after a few weeks.
Buspar has less side effects and works for some people's anxiety. I believe that Seroquel's side effects are dose related and that a low dose shouldn't be too bad.
You might want to try a low dose (maybe 5 or 10 mg) of Lexapro along with the seroquel in order to be able to use a lower dose of seroquel.
