As much as I would love to help you, you sound like a lovely and insightful person (wish I was a pdoc!), I definitely don't have the expertise to advise you on that one.Please talk to your Pdoc instead of going on my recomendation, I am only sharing my experience with you.
Do you have a good Pdoc? What works for me doesn't necessarily mean it will work for you (I wish we were all the same in that aspect so everything works for everybody). Again, talk to your doctor as he or she is the best one to make the decision.
