Thank you for responding, and I don't mind that you are popping in with your information. She is taking the topomax because she has had a binge eating disorder, and the other mood stabilizers seem to cause weight gain and bring on more of the problem. The Adderall has helped her with her grades, in fact, it has been a miracle. I am surely open to ANYTHING that will help with this short temper, personality she has developed. This psychiatrist is not an aggressive doctor, and I am starting to wonder if she needs to find someone else. I also have just thought about giving up. -L
