>I was on Zoloft 250 mg for several years. My doc switched me to Effexor XR 37.5 mg because the Zoloft just wasnt working anymore. A week later the dose was increased to 75 mg. The first few weeks I hated it. I could not think and was always angry. It was so hard to work. If I was not angry I was depressed and just wanted to be left alone. I have dreams every night and I just cant explain them. They seem so real. Anyway, it has been 4 weeks now and feel better but I still keep to myself and I still have the dreams. Should I ask my doc if the dose could be increased or should I just give it more time. I can deal with the dreams but I just want to feel happy again.--vines123456
