It would be nice wouldn't it Ed. And more compliance with the idea of the program. Interestingly there ia an Australian doctor who advocated getting round the whole heroin/voodoo thing by having a hydromorphone program. Then the Tasmanian poppy farmers won't feel so threatened by US sponsored WHO removal of their right to produce.
