I also got out of the Effexor fog recently and I am finding Lexapro to be a very effective and quick acting SSRI/AD. All other SSRI's have 'pooped out' long ago. The side effects are quite bearable and my "Effexor Withdrawl" is helped as far as sweating, nightmares, brain zaps, ect. I'm still quite numb in my extremities though. I am very excited to be feeling this well so fast, I have been sick so long...
