Have you tryed roleplay or fetish with your partner? The difference between masturbation and real sex is fantasy and reality. I would try bringing some of my fantasies into my sexlife, with your partner's permission of course.
just my experience... Also an extended period of forplay can actually make your orgasms more powerful. AD and impotence are a main topic with me and my pdoc, if I have to lose my 'uh-huh', there better be a good reason!
