Hang in there,
they always say it takes up to four weeks for an AD to really make a difference. And that's once you've reached the ideal dosage. What dose of Remeron are you at now? It may just take a few more days to really help. Just try to hang on.

But if you start to feel really bad, take care of yourself, ok? Call your pdoc, they may need to make a doseage change. That's what helped me. I was on Remeron and just an aditional 15mg helped pull me out of the worst depression. Don't give up hope.
