I've also heard that you can take it all in one big dose in the morning to help reset an errant sleep cycle. Have you found this to be true? I've been interested in that. I also do not have any normally-priced source of salbutiamine anymore; if I did, I would take it. It's really great stuff, and falls into that category of "supplements that work yet you will never find in a US health food store because it actually is capable of competing with FDA-approved drugs" or something like that. ;)
Where do you get yours?
