I'm not sure what your were on and what dosages, but I hope you're at least tapering. the abrupt withdrawal effects of coming of benzo's/tricyclics can be absolute hell, causing paranoia, brain zaps, etc. You can reference the psychobabble withdrawal board for more info.

Please please please please taper if you're currently taking anything.
