always slept with the light on.

Posted by iforgotmypassword on May 4, 2005, at 19:10:42

ive tried 10 different anti-depressants with little to no improvement in my life. i can see many ways how it's gotten worse. all my life i have slept with the light on and have been afraid of the dark, does this indicate or suggest a specific psychopathology or mode of treatment? could my lack of success with ADs be worsened by this?

i also have problems with sleep paralysis and very seldom remember dreaming. i tend to have fragmented sleep patterns and each fragment does not necessarily last very long.
