You should be able to combine cymbalta and prozac. Just keep doses very low at first and increase them gradually. You want to avoid a dangerous condition called serotonin syndrome which can happen if serotonin is increased too much too fast, which is usually a concern when two different serotonin boosting meds are combined. Cautious dosing in the early stages would be wise, but other than that it should be fine.

You might find a nice synergy with the two meds. They may boost each other in terms of blood levels, so you may be able to get away with lower doses of each than you would if you were just taking one or the other.
