Anafranil hands down...although it didn't quite do it for me, personally. Luvox is also supposed to be quite helpful in treating OCD for whatever reason, I didn't it all that helpful either. Prozac is right up there as well, as far as the best meds for OCD...had to discontinue that one due to side-effects. If you can sit through the uncomfortable side-effects as you're adjusting to the Anafranil, I'd give that a spin. If that ain't possible, give Prozac a whirl. If you find that one of them works, but isn't fully cutting it...consider adding a LOW dose atypical antipsychotic. Come to think of it, I know several doctors who have successfully added a low dose of Anafranil to Prozac in patients in which the OCD had been completely resistant to treatment.
