I used Serzone about 2 years ago and it worked extremely well for anxiety as well as depression. I believe I was on 300mg. I dont remember why I was taken off it at that time but a few months after that my insurance company issued a statement that anyone taking that drug would need to find a replacement as they would no longer cover its costs because of the possible liver damage so I couldnt even take it if I wanted to. I take Trazodone now but I dont really notice similar effects
