What?? Not change my meds?? But it's already been a whole 26 days at this regime! a person needs change every so often!
You are proabably right. I just would love to at least occasionally be completely without anxiety. It leads to such avoidance behaviors, it gets so tiring sparring with them day in and out. When the best I can do is "feel the fear and do it anyways." It would be nice to not feel the fear in the first place.
But psychotherapy may help that....perhaps I should put off changes.
