I'm sorry your Boss has treated you so unkindly. Do you feel you have been doing a job? If you do, could it be that those higher up have instructed your Boss not to give raises due to "budget cuts"? I know that when I was working in the hospital they first cut out cost of living raises, and then the manimum percentage for job quality down to 2%. I hope you can begin to feel good about yourself.
