I don't know about Chai tea? but Caffeine will potentiate Amphets, take sodium/calcium carbonate before your Dex. Some say Dextromethorphan prevents tolarance to Dex too. Having excess acid in your system WILL shorten the life of Dex and lowering this will help.
Have your tried Ritalin?
