Thanks RJ, I believe that I can already feel the difference since taking the effexor.I know it has only been 4 days but I have more energy and not as irritable. Taking Ambien Friday night I got the best sleep I had in Years. I have had problems with talking to my self in my head all the time so it felt like I never slowed down. I am working on stopping that. I found a few good web sites that gave me some ideas to try. Thanks again. http://www.lessons4living.com/mindstorms.htm
