At least your depression is better! Something that might help you is to figure out what your most debilitating symptoms have been and write them down on a list from 1-however many there are, in the order of severity.\ once you have this list, you can look it over and use it as a tool to help figure things out.For example, if your worst symptom has been depression, that would be on the top of your list. And say for example, you have ten symptoms on your list, you can look at that list and say ok, numbers 8 9 and 10 are still happening but numbers 1 2 3 4 5 6 and 7 are in remission. Then you can figure out the best ways to deal with numbers 8 9 and 10 It's a good way of putting things in perspective and taking the good with the bad. Also, if your dr. thinks that these remaing symptoms are due to anxiety why doesn't he give you something for the anxiety? Anxiety is NOT good for the brain and can pave the way for future bouts of depression.
