Hi AMD,
Racing thoughts are often a symptom of anxiety, if you find any others just treat anxiety, you will be free of racing thoughts. Are you agitated? You may try to replace Celexa by less serotonergic drug. Maybe some TCA (desipramine, imipramine, reboxetine)
