All I know is that seroquel knocked me out, left me feeling "drunk" the next day stumbling around, faint. It also didn't let me sleep through the night no matter how high the dose. After the doc saw what it did to me he dc's it. I'm on valium and sleep through the night and don't have to worry about the remote possibility of TD. I don't want an Atypical antipsychotic for anxiety. I know the benzos don't have any longterm side effects they've been around too long. And as long as you take the meds as Rx'd and take more, you will not abuse them. Valium is also used to W/D from other benzos xanax included. It has a long half-life, and it is easy to discontinue.
