I started taking Cymbalta about 3 weeks ago, and the first week I felt very hyper, couldn't stop working or thinking in order to go to sleep. However, that has subsided, and I don't feel jittery anymore. In fact, I think it's probably the best anti-depressant that I've found so far. Maybe it will take a few weeks for your body to adjust.

Good luck, because I've found that it takes lots of patience when taking a new mind-altering medication.
