I have been on geodon for about 8 months, and it has been really helpful for me. My depression has pretty much subsided.
But the depression and sleep side effects are becoming a little much to handle at this point. Also, I did some heavy work in therapy. Which has has improved my mood in general.
So, I am hoping that with the work done in therapy I can get off the geodon. From what I have read, I am going to have a hell of a withdrawal period. Also, I am worried that I wllll just go back to being depressed if I get off it. But, I feel that it's worth a shot.
So, any thoughts or suggestions for my situation? Has anyone experienced geodon withdrawal in the past? Thanks.
