For the aggitation, you may need a dose increase of Celexa, especially if you are on less tha 60 mg.

For fatigue, have you tried either a stimulant or Provigil? Or Wellbutrin?

I thought years of taking Celexa might be the reason and I supplemented with L-Tyrosine, which seemed to work for a bit, but it might have been a placebo effect.
