Hi garnet. I did have a loss of appetite when I was taking Eff-XR. I wasn't sure though that it didn't have something to do w/ no more cooking for fam', as they all flew the coop! I'm sorry you had a panic attack. I think that sometimes the actual extension (XR - extended release) of the drug is different due to different metabolization. I had to take two a day, when I was on it. It would be out of my system in mid to late afternoon. Around that time I'd take a second dose. If didn't, would have anxiety or panic. It is also around that time that sundowning occurs for people. How long after what dose did you have the panic attack?
