seems like everyone reacts differently..I've been on celexa for the past 2monts. Let me tell u the first week i could not sleep for 2 days but as time past my body adjusted . All around it helped for my anxiety(moderate). As far as sexual, it did take more time to ejaculate but as with my first problems it went away with time as my body adjusted to the meds. Im taking 20mgs a day and the only thing that bothers me is that i heard when u get off these meds the withdrawls are horrible. I can agree w/some about the alcohol, my desire to drink did decrease but when i did do a little drinking the hangover was killer headache and sluggish all day.....good luck peeps :)
