Dear Angela,
I think if you go off your medication there is a good chance that your symptoms may return. I experience paranoia for a few weeks at the same time every year, so I've learned to write myself notes on my calendar in advance to remind myself that my concerns are probably groundless. It helps me to have that reminder, even if I still feel the associated emotions.
Don't feel pressured to reveal anything that you are uncomfortable sharing here, even though it is anonymous. If you want to share more information about yourself, that's fine, but there is no requirement that you do so.
